Can anyone out there reccommend a new “Bulk Up” training program that I can follow. I currently train Monday, Wednesday & Friday and would like to continue this sequence. I consider myself an “intermediate” class body builder but I want to take it to the next level and get a growth surge on!
Give Convergent Phase Training a go. It’s by Stanley. It’s the best program I’ve tried to date, although I haven’t tried EDT. Give it a shot, its only 3 days a week and only about an hour if you don’t count warmup or stretching.
Anyone else agree?
