Coach, I admire how you break down different lifts via your actual body mechanics. In your experience, when performing a conventional deadlift, do you find a shoulder width foot stance of a narrower foot stance is most optimal for 6’3”+ lifter?

It’s not just a matter of height in that case but also in hip and shoulder width as well as leg/torso ratio. But normally speaking I prefer a hip width stance as a starting point.
