@mortdk I should be able to handle 5 miles. C25k is around 2-3 miles 3 times a week. And I have started that (up to about week 3) several times. Some miles might just be walking or slow jog but that’s ok

I just read a CT article today here on TN about some myth that is wrong.
Among them was the one about sprinters and marathon runners physique. If he is right, and I think he is, then I’ve been living on a lie.
It’s all about genetics or mostly.
I do though still believe that for a healthy living some fast running would be good.

Alright so… I was suppose to work out yesterday and today to finish week 6 but… Yesterday I had a massive migraine (pretty sure caffeine withdrawal I didn’t have my usually coffee) and opted to stay home.
Today I need to go dress shopping.
Tomorrow I need to pack
Friday is a holiday party. I fly in at 730 am. Party is at 530. We stay over night and then have all day to waunder around Cali. Fly back 1030 pm Saturday.
So… that means no lifting until Sunday.
I guess my deload week got bumped up a couple days.
I am just gonna finish my BBB sets on Sunday and tuesday and then roll right into week 8 starting Thursday.

Bad news and good news.
Good news: picked up a second job. Should be able to pay all debt off in less than a year.
Bad news: second job means less gym time. I need to cut my 13 week BBB cycle short having only completed 8 of the 13 weeks.
Need a 3 day a week plan that I can get done quickly. Thinking beginner prep school.
Just do the BBB challenge a little longer.
1 cycle will be 4 weeks instead of 3 weeks. No big deal.
I don’t have the forever book, but I’ve seen other use beginner prep school, and there’s some supersetting and circuits as far as I remember.
Building the monolith, with some supersetting as others around here have done would be another option
or 1000% awesome
