Oops! Sorry! Just still glad youāre with us. Big fan. Have 3 of your books. The New HIT is my fave. Currently doing two weeks of the diet as, at age 70, it seems much more difficult to lose weight!

What are you up to these days, Dr Darden? Is there anything in particular you keep researching or experimenting with? What is in your opinion the most interesting question left to be answered? An autobiography is an excellent idea, btw!
Yes, Happy Birthday. I read The Nautilus Book in 1982. It influenced the then 18 year old quite a bit. Thanks.
