i never realized before I started working out that i would actually sort of enjoy muscle soreness. feeling tender for a couple or a few days is very satisfying to me. reminds me i did a good job.

last night i drove through a bushfire in north west australia. there was one fire fighter in a ute,aka pickup truck, watching the fire. he called me on the cb and told me to hurry through. the scene was awe inspiring! there were burning embers flying onto the road and I could feel the heat through the windows. It was a big fire and scary going through it. this pic will probably be sideways because it,s from my phone, but it,s an idea of what i saw.

Wow. I live in the mountains and work for a fire department that occasionally battles wildland fires. Fire is incredible and that is quite a sight!

my hat,s off to you kpsnap! We passed another fire tonight and saw several on the hills and horizon. my wife was scared,so,i drove 3 extra hours so she would be able to relax and sleep well. It made me feel good too, like the knight in armour and all, lol.but i am tired now

Fire! Awesome power and intensity! Help, too many exclamation points…now I’m on fire for using extreme interjections.

There was a gap in the fire where the road went thru that you cant see on the pic. there were huge flaming embers flying onto the road though as I hurried past. its good to be out of there! i kept seeing fires different places for 4 or 5 days in a row. it was crazy

Thanks man. Not sure what you mean tho…

Arthur Jones (Nautilus Arthur Jones) had an alligator farm and was trying to grow the world’s largest alligator after he sold Nautilus.

Thanks GV. who? Guy smiley? lol. or the potato head?

I like the dude on the piano.

AJ seemed to be a bit of an odd duck at times, but he pretty much invented the machine industry and did a lot of research in hypertrophy when no one else was.

Guy Smiley also did the news, didn’t he?
