my hat,s off to you kpsnap! We passed another fire tonight and saw several on the hills and horizon. my wife was scared,so,i drove 3 extra hours so she would be able to relax and sleep well. It made me feel good too,like the knight in armour and all,lol.but i am tired now ![]()

There was a gap in the fire where the road went thru that you cant see on the pic. there were huge flaming embers flying onto the road though as I hurried past. its good to be out of there! i kept seeing fires different places for 4 or 5 days in a row. it was crazy

Hammer strength incline bench 6 reps to failure
Lateral raise machine 6 reps to failure
Dumbell shrug and rear delt shrug(1 normal shrug,1 rear delt shrug=1 rep) 25kg dumbells 5 reps,37.5kg 5 reps,45kg dumbells 5 reps
Ab machine
Triceps pushdown rope, 1 set to failure
Biceps dumbell curls, 1 set
