How often do you do measurements? I try once a week, but I am not sure it is useful to go that frequently.

I try to do measurements every month or 2. I will admit that since dropping the 7-8 kilos,I have been watching the scales a lot more,to see if the weight will stay off. It has within a kilo for over a month,so that’s encouraging. We weigh about the same Corrmhona,I’d hate to get a karate chop from you. I will ramble on about the tats sometime,for now, I will say they aren’t jail house tat’s,because the work is too good! Confusion

They don’t look jailhouse, they look sweet. I’ve never gotten any ink as I can never pick out anything, I’m way too indecisive. I had a friend that was doing her apprenticeship and offered me a free one to get her hours in but was all booked up by her other friends before I could pick anything out…

Thanks dude! I wasnt gonna post pics,because of my identifying body markings,but I decided there wasnt a good way to put up pics with my entire upper body covered. haha. anyway, i really respect you putting yourself out there on your log too. regarding indecision,my wife does the grocery shopping and i just push the cart, looking at an isle full of breakfast cereal and trying to decide is a bit daunting for me. lol

I know this isn’t RMP, but my .02 is - strong back and biceps, ok chest, and decent abs at your body weight (and waist measurement) … Your waist is actually pretty impressive for a guy knocking on " two fiddy" lol

More concentration on delts and triceps would be in order … Your arms already look big - they would look really large with that tricep protruding :slight_smile:

Bigger delts would compliment your impressive back AND make your waist look smaller

And wheels … Well - you already know, lol

How did you choose once a week.

I am 52 and have been trying different times between workouts.

Right now it is every 4-5 days but I don’t know for sure this right.
