Conditioning while doing the Triumvariate?

For those of you who have run the Triumvirate what kind of conditioning did you do and when did you work it in?

I’m currently running Triumvirate now.

My main form of conditioning is BJJ. 5/3/1 is meant to be in support of my BJJ training. I train BJJ 2 to 3 times a week.

I also add a weighted Ruck once a week as additional conditioning when I’m not training BJJ.

I also do some yoga during the week to help with my mobility and to recover from BJJ and lifting.
