How many of you still run the Triumvirate as it was originally written? Would you still recommened it someone new to Jims program.
I ran it along with my brother in law and his brothers in summer 2022. I really liked it. It was simple and left a lot of room for recovery while doing Jiu jitsu and wrestling. If you do any sports or recreational activity, it’s a good option. If you want to maximize strength or Hypertrophy and have more recovery, there are better templates.
With that being said do you think it would be a good program for an older lifter (50+) who does not recover as easily as they use to?
Yeah absolutely. It can also be adjusted to strengthen your weak points
