Since I was spending too much time in the gym trying to cover too many bases I decided that I would give SDS a try. I’ve already screwed it up by doing the wrong set/rep scheme today but anyway - the right set/rep scheme is to super set with isolation movements. I need some ideas on what to pair with the following exercises.
30-degree incline DB Bench Press (maybe flys?)
Incline Bicep Curls (more curls?)
Narrow Stance Squat
Calve Press in a Leg Press Machine
Pullups (supine grip)
Dips (dumbell tri ext?)
Deadlift
Standing DB Military Press
Also any tips on the calve press? I used almost twice what I used for a seated calf raise and still didn’t feel it.
