Has any one every tried complex training for increasing power, speed and explosivness. In case u dont know what i mean, im speaking of the type of training were u do a power or olympic movement followed by a plyometric type movement(i.e. set of back squats followed by a set of box jumps then rest and repeat on or two more times).
Complex training can be highly effective but a key consideration is that the athlete has good technique in the lifts and a solid base of conditioning. In faith, Coach Davies
