Completed First Velocity Diet!

I have completed my first Velocity Diet !!!
What an adventure and eye opening experience it’s been. But, it is really a beginning rather than an end. My tastes have changed dramatically and my confidence in being able to eat properly and to achieve my physique goals are steadfast now. I totally expected strength to suffer during the 28 days, but, it actually increased on all lifts. Absolutely amazing.

On to the transition for a couple of weeks, but, the transition may be my normal mode for a while. I plan on doing another cycle in about a month or so.

1st day of transition, had a slice of a pear this morning and it was very very sweet tasting.
