I ended the all liquid after 21 days. I will take 1 week to transition to normal healthy eating again. It did go well, cravings are way down thats the biggest long term benefit i think. I was over ambitious with the training (its my first time on such a low cal diet) and i think i may have a bit too much CNS fatigue. In the end I lost 14 lbs in 21 days. I was careful not to lose too fast when i felt weight was dropping too fast i ate a handful of raw nuts for the calories in addition to my daily 5 shakes. Other than that I followed the diet as Shugart said. It really worked well. Hope this post is encouraging to those who are thinking of tryin. Its challenging but not as hard as it sounds at first!
