Nope not wanting to get ripped, just want to finally be able to faintly see my abs, and for my stomach to be flat, I don’t care about ripped. Sorry if I said 8-10% bf. Didn’t mean that. So helpful. Thank you man. Yep, probably will be cutting for a few weeks(that’s all I planned anyway.) I want to bulk more than cut. Matter of fact, if my stomach was flat, and didn’t look that bad, I wouldn’t cut until I reached 190 lb, and I’m only at 170 right now, with probably 5 lb being on my stomach ahah. But thank you again. very insightful. Yes, I do believe they know what they are talking about, I was just hoping someone would understand, and you did.

Sorry, some people have told me that could effect me. After all, you are ejecting testosterone. Sorry again. Nope, no excuses. I still work hard in the gym no matter what is going on. It was just info. The one thing I’m never lazy at is gym. Although I have a different story for home or school…

YOU HAVE NO IDEA WHAT YOURE DOING, yet you keep presenting excuses for your lack of progress. How could you possibly have an excuse for something of which you don’t the cause?

You will not make progress until you get off the damn computer and get in the gym and get seriously stronger with the important lifts for each muscle groups. In order to get consistently stronger you need to eat copious amounts of the right foods. NOT cereal and peanut butter & jelly. Get a job and buy some ground beef and potatoes. Getting much stronger will add muscle to your frame. Adding muscle will increase your metabolic rate.

Cliff notes: Youre a pussy. You always will be until you stop making excuses.
