Competition Diets

Now, it seems that my goal will never be realized because all I’m getting is negative and angry posts instead of help. I’m asking about diet and you guys are ripping at me for training? i don’t get it.

There’s your problem. It’s not anyone else’s job to do your work for you. If you don’t like the answers you get then not much we can do.

It’s no problem. How about I ask like this? would the carb cycling codex be a good place to start for rapid fat loss or there are better options out there?

You are getting into things that are for to advanced for your level of fitness. You need to eat as much as you can and bust your ass in the gym 6 times a week.

I guarantee that if you keep it simple, eat smart/often, dedicate yourself to the gym, and stop worrying about complicated routines that are far above your head, that you will see great results.

Aiya. I guess I forgot to make it clear. I’m cutting not bulking right now. Eating as much as I can will always negate cutting haha.

For some reason I love to read this guy’s posts. Its like watching horrific videos on Youtube, you just can’t look away. it is so frustrating, but yet at the same time its entertaining.

Seriously, I’m putting this nicely. Shut up, Lift heavy, do compound movements, and what you think is eating enough, obviously isn’t. I would bet if you tracked your food intake for a week you would be surprised at how little you are eating…People that think they are hard gainers, just aren’t eating enough…and are you serious about expecting results after 4 months…especially when you are undereating? Get real, building muscle is done out of the gym…get in the kitchen and get eating.

You cutting, is like telling an anorexic, they need need to eat less…actually that’s exactly what it is. You have no muscle…but at least you’ll have SICK ABZ…

wat’d u say? I see. Oh well, glad I made your day. Could you possibly have some advice while at it?

Eat more, lift heavy weights, rinse, repeat

You dont get it.

No one HERE cares about your goals. Everyone HERE is looking to get much bigger and/or stronger than they currently are. You want to be anorexic. Go to another forum that is tailored to your goals and stop wasting time and space here.

OMG. are you fucking serious? that’s it time to bust back. Alright, when did I say I wanted to stay cut? anorexic? stfu, you think I’m anorexic? Damn, you must not see hollywood actors or models. You obviously have not seen ct’s fat loss thread. granted I’m skinny by bodybuilding standards, but what would you rather do when you’re skinny with a gut? get big and probably have a bigger gut or cut down to lose fat, and then start bulking again? the choice is clear.

Alright then, so now it’s being made clear I should gain more. Huh should’ve posted this pic sooner haha. alright, I’m going to say this one more time: GET CUT BECAUSE I CAN GRAB A HANDFUL OF FAT IN MY HANDS ON MY GUT, MAINTAIN IT UNTIL MONEY IS NOT AN ISSUE, AND THEN START BACK UP BULKING, WHICH I WANT TO DO. Now that that’s said, the main reason I want to cut is because of money and it’s probably easier for me at this point. Now, instead of asking for suggestions, I’m going to tell out my plan.

My foods are natural peanut butter, whole wheat bread, cottage cheese, white rice, brown rice, optimum nutrition whey protein powder, jelly(need to have a teaspoon of it with my pbj sandwiches), and chicken, lean pockets(probably don’t need it but I get lazy to make food sometimes). Now, I have finally realized that ct’s guidelines only pertain to people who use proper peri-workout nutrition.

So, I will be eating a slight deficit of calories. Probably will follow 40-40-20 for macros. Don’t really care about meal frequency. There you go. anybody object to this plan or have a better solution? PLEASE DO NOT TELL ME I NEED TO BULK. I will bulk when my bf level is acceptable say 8-10%. No, I do not need shredded abs or 5-7%. I think someone said before it’s easier to bulk when you’re not on such low bf levels.

I agree. I already gave you advice. If you want to look like Christian Bale from the Machinist GET THE FUCK OFF this forum and stop asking how to cut when you already look like a skinned chicken. Why the hell am i getting angry over a troll?

You’re a lost cause, do whatever you’re going to do. You want people’s advice, then get pissed off when they don’t give you the answer you want to hear…OMGZ NOT A HANDFUL OF FAT!!!

I was just thinking the same thing – what a train wreck.

Some people seem so incapable of learning. It’s sad.

Ya wanna lose weight that bad? Try fasted cardio in the morning before you eat. Drop your caloric intake by 500 cal a day. No carbs after noon. Drink a shit load of water. Throw in another cardio session later in the day. Send your pciture in after two months of this. I’d be real interested in seeing it.

You have to realize that it’s going to be tough for you to get very lean because you don’t have enough muscle to burn calories. I wouldn’t be surprised if you have to practically starve yourself to get “ripped” with as little as you are.

I recommend getting over the fact that you have a little abdominal fat and focus on building some muscle. Most likely you don’t have any where near as much fat as you think anyway.

By the way, the reason why so many people are telling you essentially the same thing is that we’ve seen many other newbies, in some cases ourselves, make the same mistakes that you are.

Tell me if I need to lose fat. Aiya, I’m even more ashamed now that I’ve looked at these pics. What have I done?

No you little midget, you need to gain muscle.

that’s a side pic. Thanks to everyone who’s posting. I didn’t mean to argue and fight but all the bashing does get me frustrated. You are right. I do need to gain muscle. I’m starting to wonder if my test levels are less than optimum. I do have to admit I masturbated twice a day for a six months in hs and probably once a day now. I am in no way trying to be stupid, just honest.

Hey mate,

I understand completely where you are coming from mate. I used to be skinny with non-visible abs and think that cutting would make me look better. I actually ended up with amazing abs but an eating disorder, and not a lot of muscle at all (girls just thought I was skinny).

Anyway, since then I learnt how to eat and train properly, and am now a lot more muscular ( 3 stone heavier). My abs aren’t as visible but I look a HELL of a lot better in a shirt as i have wider shoulders/thicker back etc.

If you are paranoid about your abdominal fat then cut for 3 weeks or so by cutting out carbs such as rice, more protein and fats, more water, compound lifts, and HIIT work.

HOWEVER, just like many of my friends who wanted to get “jacked” but were scared of putting a bit of fat on, if you always go for the “ripped” look you will never ever get a quality physique. Don’t worry about putting a bit of fat on, train hard (compound movements are best), eat a lot and regularly, and most importantly ( why i think a lot of guys fail) get plenty of rest and sleep.

After a year of clean bulking, (following the beginners section advice) people will start to comment on your physique for the better, even if you have slightly more abdominal fat!

Look at the guy’s commenting here and their physiques. Ever wanna compete!?? Then listen to them because even though they can be arrogant bastards they know what they are talking about.

Good luck mate.
