That’s a serious challenge!
I think the goblet squats would be harder even than front squats because theres some arm involved in holding that bell on the chest.
Not up for this at the moment and no access to a heavy enough bell, but go get em boys and girls!
It’s been a loong day but, it did say… pass or FAIL. Which I did miserably. This was after I attempted several other “rigged” versions. I did get several sets in though just not 25 straight.
I set the bar super low here.
As @punnyguy guy said, it was harder to hold it than anything.
The dumbell is 45 so I only need to tape a 5 and 2.5 on top and bottom. Surely the tape will hold that. I certainly wouldn’t trust it to press anything.
