Just picked up Beyond 5/3/1 and am stoked to get started.
Attached is a pic of my first 2 weeks. I’m curious if this looks right? I wasn’t 100% sure on how the Joker sets fit in with the First Set Last: Multiple Sets setup.
I welcome comments from anyone. Changes, accessory ideas, etc…
TM & other weights are in kilograms (yes they are still pretty sad).
My 2014 goals are 400 squat , 500 DL, 300 Bench, and 225 Press, which are 75, 75, 35, and 45 pound PRs respectively.

Did the squat workout today and the TM is too high.
Just keep in mind Jokers are autoregulated, you may not do them every time.
FSL is an assistance movement in itself, so 2-3 accessories before counting abs may be a bit much.

Got it. I have the Jokers programmed, but like the book says, will only do them on the days I have extra in the tank. I didn’t realize the FSL was considered accessory. I’ll probably bump the additional accessory to zero or 1 movement than. Again, depending on how I feel.
