First Set Last 3/5/1

Hey guys i was wondering if 3/5/1 combined with jokers and first set last 3+ requires any additional assistance? I mean how would i get stronger just doing the main lifts? Without tricep assistance hamstring and quad work upper back work? Lat work?

What can i do?

3/5/1 Rep scheme
Joker at TM
Joker at TM+ 10lbs
FSL 3 Plus sets.
Reverse Hyper 3x10
Ab work 3x15

Bench 3/5/1 rep scheme
Joker at TM
Joker at TM+ 10 lbs
FSL 3 Plus Sets
Alternating pull ups between sets

3x10 Dips
3x10 BB Rows

Deadlift 3/5/1 Rep scheme
Joker at TM
Joker at TM+10lbs
FSL 3 plus sets 1 plate defecit or regular deadlifts?

Reverse Hyper 3x10
Abs 3x15 super set curls 3x20

OHP 3/5/1 rep scheme
Joker at tm
Joker at tm+10 lbs
Alternating pull ups between sets
Dips 3x10
Bb rows 3x10 Super set with bb shrugs 3x15??? Sound good or did i kill it and make it retarded?

How many weeks have you done this?

About 3-4 now.

Is the fsl 3+ just the multiple sets variation Jim outlines in “Beyond?”
For the last 2 cycles I have ran BBB 10x5 with my first set of the day.
Try it and you won’t need to ask anymore questions about assistance. 1 to 2 exercises at most so make sure they are well thought-out. You won’t have much left.
FYI I do often do my first 5 sets of the BBB either off of a plate or against bands per the “Beyond” dynamic effort variation - same ideas with the other two comp. lifts.
