Comeback After Flu

I had a kind of flu last week. Of course, I couldn’t work out and eat as usual. I went from 223 lbs (100 kg) to 216 lbs (98kg). I know it’s mostly water and glycogen loss but do you guys have some special tips to get back on the saddle quickly. I’m dissapointed with my current shape.

I’m slowly getting back to my normal meal plan ( 5 meals, 500g of carbs a day, 300g of protein) but I cannot go as fast as I’d like.

I can’t believe what you are asking man.

Sounds like:

“Hey guyz I don’t know what to do, dinner iz alomoz ready and I can’t dedide if I should eat with a fork or a spoon?!?!?!?! :o:O:O, what do you guys suggest”

translation of ronaldo’s post:

This question is pointless.

The reason being that all you can do is increase fluids and slowly build back up to your normal eating. There’s not anything else to it.

I agree with you but as far as I know this thread is not about me it’s about a stupid question that only deserves a stupid answer.

Hmm, I don’t know… How about resuming your eating and training as usual and working back up to/past where you were? There’s no magic tricks or special tips… Just get back to work.

Chill out OP, I understand how you’re feeling, but it doesn’t mean you have to make a thread about it, just get back to your training as fast as possible.
