College Student....Please Help!

Hi! I really need some help and someone recommended this site because they got help here. I’m a full-time college student who has two jobs. I would like to lose 10-15 lbs. the healthy way and tone up.

I was wondering if you could help me with what I should eat and a workout schedule. I can’t work out more than like an hour or hour and a half, and I don’t have alot of time to prepare meals…

Follow the nutritional guidelines here: http://www.T-Nation.com/readTopic.do?id=459493

And do weight training (Full body) 3 times a week and try to do 30 mins cardio once or twice a week.

Simple as that until you become more advanced,

Check out these links when you get the chance… Oh and since you lack time Recommend you make 2-3 times a week to just prepare meals for 1-3 days. Cook large amounts tupperware/refrigerate half freeze the other half.

Read articles from John Berardi the “doc” about nutrition.

Read carb cycling codex by Christian Thibaudeau

i suggest doing a search for CW’s next big three article, esp. considering that you are short on time.

now get to reading the links already posted.

A majority of fat loss will come from your diet, i know it sucks to hear that, but its true.

I’m a full time engineering student and in the Air Force, so you can’t have less time than me. I have time to go 4 times a week for roughly an hour each time, so TBT should work quite well for you. Keep your diet clean and follow the lifts exactly. If you don’t know how to preform any of the lifts, look on

to get a good idea of what you’re doing. What is your current height/weight?

Sorry I have had a family emergency and haven’t been near a computer for awhile. Anyways, my height is 5’2" and about 130 lbs.

And you want to LOSE weight? Do you want to look anorexic? Just bulk up and put on some muscle instead of being skin and bones.

is there a specific reason that you want to keep your weight down? MMA or something? What I’m alluding to is that you might rather gain muscle than lose fat.
