College Programs

USC has a great program and a great strength coach. Very open on sharing his program. An excellent speed coach. Follows a speed/strength split. Oly lifts on day. Strength lifts the next. Lots of periodized plyos, speed development, core work (not just situps,) among other things.

Last I knew, one year ago actually, LSU lifted 3 days per week. More Oly based than anything. Moffitt is an excellent Oly coach and talks frequently with (I can’t remember for the life of me the name) the coach in the Baton Rouge area.

Carlisle (USC) actually took over, not the head, at Tennessee after Moffitt (LSU) left there.
