While at Nebraska, I learned a thing or two about Kansas State fans. First of all, they are not necessarily hostile, violent, or full of hate like Missouri or Colorado fans (the old Big8/BigXII rivalries that no longer exist) - they are mostly nice fans that opponents can tailgate with and share a beer with.
However, they don’t know how to win or act like a champion, and they seem to be ignorant about football in general. They frequently talk shit, lose the game, and then talk more shit. They are likely being serious on the message board Dixie posted, delusional fools! They would be funnier if they talked shit about Petrino like Pat does, but waxing about K-State’s “brand” is pretty funny too.

It sucks for the other schools too because now they have to travel 3500 miles west because someone else joined their conference…

The Big East reminds me of someone playing Monopoly who can’t quite get all of the properties of the same color, so they just buy one of each color when they land on them, ending up with a bunch of worthless properties spread all over the board.

I doubt there’s a single USC fan that believes it would “hurt our brand” to play Arkansas.
