Hey, does any one know how many miligrams of caffeine are in a 20oz. coke or diet coke? I drink a shitload of this stuff and I’m looking to see just how much caffeine im putting into my body. ~Trance~
I believe there are 35mg in a 12oz coke, so a 20oz should be around 58mg of caffeine.
23 milligrams per every 8 ounces.
