coffee & Surge

How will drinking coffee (~200mg caffeine) immediately before a workout affect the absorption of Surge taken post-workout? Given that caffeine affects glucose metabolism and Surge promotes a powerful insulin response, will this have negative/dangerous effects?

You should be fine, lots of people use stimulants before their workouts…But then again I’m a Lakers fan :slight_smile:

I think coffee is closer to 100-120mg of caffeine btw.
