Can this be used for fat loss or is it primarily a hypertrophy program? If you used for reducing bodyfat, which diet should be used, T-Dawg 2.0?

Yeah, that sounds good. If I were to do it for fat loss (it works for that type of goal), I’d do it exactly as you suggested.

if you do it on a diet, dont add any HIIT to the second part, just low intensity aerobics, to the first part maybe one HIIT session per week, thats it.

Why not do the fat loss version of EDT instead? It’s basically a combination of heavy compound exercises along with the CPT circuits. Either way should work well though.
