Can u please describe a typical training week for one of your d-lineman? I realize this is extermely broad but i would Appreciate ANYTHING you could toss my way…also if URI LB is reading this i am intested in what ur favorite SPP is…thank u

Everyday involves my special complex of agility training, either using ladders, cones or dots with hip mobility drills. Linear Sprint work follows with varied intensities. Non-weighted GPP and technical SPP follows. Beyond that the Resistance section begins using a huge array of functional movements and is completed with weighted GPP.
