I play D2 College Football…I worked my ass off all summer to get into the best shape of my life…alot of the time using the great info from this site. But now I am in season and all my gains are dwindling away…Could you suggest any in season training split and exercises to maintain my size and strength. I am a D-Linemen at 6’2’’ 240. Thanks Coach

Dave Tate has said that he would recommend only doing the dynamic days of Westside during the season. You can’t expect to make gains, only to maintain and probably lose a little.
You’re going to have to tell me more about what you are doing right now. Trying is a complex balance within the season but in fact we make some very respectacle GAINS during the season. In faith, Coach Davies
