Based on her goals (primarily reduce body comp. and increasing hypertrophy), available training time, training experience, and a couple of other factors I have someone doing a total body workout 3x a week. I am concerned about CNS fatigue. The TB workouts are all compound movements consisting of 1-3 Sets with 10Reps. (no sets to failure) However in order to avoid a negative impact should I couple the HIIT sessions with the TB workouts or do them separate, on off days? I have a general idea but just in case I wanted to see what you forumites thought about the plan? Thanks
