I work as a swim coach and I am about to start lessons with a person who has muscle stiffness. She used to do pilates but recently her doctor told her find something with less resistance. I have experience in helping swimmers but not with people who have injuries. I haven’t met her in person yet all I know is that she is over 50 and has muscle stiffness. Is there anything I can so to help before the lesson.
I know this doesn’t have much to do with bodybuilding but wasn’t sure where else to post this. Any help would be greatly appreciated.
