yesterday i have started a clen only cycle
i’ll use the classic 2 weeks on 2 off.
The target is to cut some fat from my abs.
By now i’m around 90kg with 2 of 6 pak visible. As a lot of male my fat it is all around my belly so it is hard to me to define my current bf. Just to have some guideline you can see del, quad, calf arm muscle quite well… my pecs is too well defined. Not bad not good.
Cycle information 100mcq/day when ON. In the 2nd week i’ll try to up to 120-140 stopping when sides arise.

Jesus man, I think it would be far more beneficial to split the doseage throughout the day wouldn’t it? Everything I ever read on clen and albuterol indicated to split doses, as well as slowly ramp up to the upper echelon of amounts, ie; 100-140mcg/day. When I ran albuterol, which isn’t nearly as potent as clen regardless of what people say, it was extremely more tolerable at split doses vs one big one.
That’s a hell of a lot for one big dose on the system I would think. 100mcg all at one pop just seems a bit intense to say the least buddy. Let alone when you jump up to 120-140mcg/day.
Be careful.
I am interested to see if you experience any (even if very minimal) anabolic effects from the clen. As I understand it you are not using any AAS at this time. I have minimal personal experience using clen.

in the past clen cycle (i have done a clen only and a shitty clen-t4) i have do ramps.
I get less side (not so less when reaching the top dosage) and i have not found the drugs very effective. My metabolism is “shitty”. I dring about 20-25 espresso every day. this means that a lot of caffeine run in my body all day
I’m not so sensitive to beta agonist… and ramping give time to my body to adapt to fast…
i can see your point. But at the 3rd day the sides was very limited and very very tollerable. I think that before th 5th i have no more sides. I also think i’ll rise the dose up a little (120-140)

I can take (for example) 800mg of caffeine without sides

I m not sure if it is related but by know (3rd day “on”) i have noticed:
more “unwanted-unmotivated” erections during the day
How is your temperature. I have noticed not much increase in mine. Well, my groin is the only area that I actually feel a temperature increase. No, I am not playing with my penis at the time, I just feel that it is hotter than normal by just sitting down. Although when I take my temp, its only 98.3-98.8.

Sorry i’m not familiar with °F system. In Celsius degree(°C) i step up from my natural 36.5 to around 36.8-36.9
Do you have any experience running clen on cycle. I read in several questionable sources that using clen during a cycle will make the fat burning effects and muscle building effects more pronounced due to the faster conversion of protein. It would be hard to justify this occuring from the clen use if AAS are being used.

I’m trying something like this. I start at 40mcg and bump it up every 2 weeks along with T3 except I start the T3 at 20 mcg and bump it up 10mcg every 5 days then I taper down. I might level off on clen or a bit at like 80 to 100mcgs. T3 I’ll go up to 80 or 90. The T3 keeps the clen working. I used to think tapering off of clen was BS but I’ve heard some good explanations for doing so. Obviously this is a different approach than what I’ve done in the past. I’ve tweaked a few things but along with my diet and 2 hrs of light cardio a day, I’m getting lean and not losing any muscle.

Since you didn’t mention it I’m assuming that this is without any AAS?

sorry never cycle tren and AAS
but i think that you can’t judge anabolic effects if you pair it with any AAS
I think clen is a very good “cutter” not an anabolic compound
