Clen Help

Hi, i love coming to T-Nation for all the great information i have gained to help me with food, supplements and exercise…

i was wondering if someone can tell me about calculating how much clen to take.

im 5’5, 132 lbs, and have gained some nice muscle definition all over.

however i want to loose about 8-10 lbs…

i would be a first timer at clen and would looove any suggestions…

I agree. Get some HOT-ROX and other otc supplements if you want any assistance in burning unwanted fat.
Or you could look at it a different way and fine tune your diet which will at this point likley allow you to lose some fat and add some muscle to your frame.

Bushyz right about clen, I have tried it twice and found the effects to be less than mediocre. Hand tremors was about all I got.

Agree 100% with BBB. Very little fat loss, hand tremors, painful cramps, and heart damage. I consider this to be one of the worst bodybuilding drugs out there.

I can tell you now, you will never lose 10 pounds from clen alone. It only works 2 weeks at a time, unless combined with other chemicals, and in the off weeks you would just put the fat back on.

I agree, HOT-ROX would be better. You will have way more energy to do cardio with an OTC supplement than with clen as well.

I used it many times and I’ve seen good results. I also worked at an exotic dance company where some of the dancers used it and leaned up very fast with no cardio.

If you do take it, supplement some taurine. I read an article in either MM2K or ironman about how clen depletes levels in you heart. It usually won’t work longer than 2 weeks without Ketotifen ( Zaditen ) so I’d wait till later in the diet when I’m at a lower BF%

The worst side I got was some shaking in the hands on some days. To help with this I drink vodka and take diazepam all day jk:D

On a side note. I swear it helped my guitar playing as far as speed. I’ve never been able to play so fast.

if i keep my diet clean after the 8 lbs is gone, will the weight come back after the 2-3 weeks??? or is it more for just to loose a bit befor a competition?
