Clen Dosage / Cycle Help

To be fair, most people who post asking about weight loss supplements have never actually tried to generate a caloric deficit. If this is not the case for you, then you are one of the few. Also, Hank is actually pretty hyooge - just saying.


As for dosing: some people say to ramp up dosage as follows:
Day 1: 20mg
Day 2: 20mg
Day 3: 40mg
Day 4: 40mg

until you’ve reached 2 weeks constant use, then drop off. It is believed that your body is very adaptive to Clen, meaning it loses it’s effectiveness rapidly - hence the 2 week cycle and constant ramping.

Others just jump up to 60-100mg and stay there daily for 2 weeks.
I don’t personally understand the logic behind this, because the 2 week cycle is still usually followed due to the adaptation to the compound. Still, some people do this and prefer it this way.

The only thing in common for most is max dosage of 140mg and 2 weeks on 2 weeks off cycle (or longer, depending your response).

Its not fat in general, nor is 20%.
But if a 15% wants to take clen instead of just eat 1 burger less, then it is a fatass.
Going from 15% to 10% is just being less of a pig for MOST days of the week. Its not something that requires clen IMO…

My point was that bodybuildings shows require stupid lean physiques that some people cant achieve on diet alone.
For people like you and me, clen is not really necessary and the time frames you have, are not worth the potential risks of clen.
Ordinary people look epic at 8-10% and that is achievable with diet. Clen might get you to 7% but if you cant put yourself below 10% then clen wont change much.
Remember that all the pharma just enhances what you already have and does not give you much extra. If you are a chubbs now, all the clen in the world wont make a noticable difference.

I am judgemental but i go by the fact that someone who has NOT yet put in the work, is looking for shortcuts.
The thing is - clen wont help as much as you think.

As far as being the expert - not an expert but i was leaner than 99% of the worlds population for like 5 years straight without ever taking clen.
I am not an expert but i did put in the work as much as eating 1600kcal a day weighing 220lbs at 6 '2 and me doing 2x2hour cardio sessions a day, while working physically active job and also having extra fight training every single day, was the norm.
My methods might be a bit extreme for most people and i do not recomend that, but what im trying to say is - i am the first to know what it feels like to fast for days and burn 9000kcals a day, so i believe that you can put all your strenght together, swallow one piece of pie less, and actually lose some more fat before you bring in the last options anyone should ever use. I trully believe that if i could do my crazy shit, you can manage 1000kcal deficit for a week and just lose a percent more and then some.

p.s - if you are looking for shit that actually is proven to help lose fat - its GH.
Now when you will say that its too expensive, is where i get pissed because now i would think that not only you dont wanna do some cardio, you also dont wanna spend any money.
Clen is dangerous and it has very little benefits. But its cheap as dirt. People who want clen usually are just lazy and cheapskate.
When someone who is not almost contest ready talks about clen, its almost always someone who really doesnt need it.

My GF was on clen a while. From one manufacturer she went as high as 80. Then we got some crazy Thai shit, she took 40, and she almost went to hospital as it felt like 200 of the usual stuff. We were like a second away from calling it quits and calling the ambulance.

Clen is the one thing that can actually kill. It just simulates a heart attack, and you actually just drop dead.
I would never advice anyone to up the dose fast, since i saw the enormous difference between different manufacturers.

Agreed. I took my first 20mg and was shaking like Marty McFly all day long; couldn’t imagine jumping up in doses like that.

This is a point I meant to bring up earlier. Yes to dosage, but also that opioids are often present in the compound, with a high likelihood for addiction. Some manufacturers don’t have it, some do. I won’t mess with Clen again - just not worth the risk or feeling like shit.

Yeah, Clen is crazy.
I mean my GF had to switch manufacturers mid-cycle. She was up to 80. We got the stronger shit and i thank God i had brains to tell her to NOT take 80…
I am sure as fuck that if she would have taken 50 instead of 40, she would probably be dead.
The crazy shit is that in that morning before she took the new stuff, i actually wondered if taking HALF of the dosage isnt me being unnecessary careful and maybe she can do at least 60…
1mcg extra and she would at least have serious heart damage.
Since that time we always split the tabs in 4 pieces and add 1/4th of the tab a day.

Sad thing is - it didnt do much good anyways. Like… the benefits were like 20min a day cardio worth.
Since we had Covid lockdowns it was the only way, but now - i dont think anyone should take it.

Is pretty accurate. In general, start low and titrate up slowly. After two weeks you stop and rotate into something else like an ECA stack and then return to clen for two weeks again. Start low and titration up again.

I’ve not used clen and not a med pro so can’t offer much info BUT, this is my “favorite” clen thread as it has user info and list’s a few alternatives, a sort of mix of book smart, street smart and not soo smart.
