Old skinny British bloke, been training for years, never done it properly, ate too little, drank and partied “too much” and did exercises wrong. Often had a physical job so over trained and always about to get or just recovering from an injury.
Started self “prescribed” TRT around 2 years ago, huge difference to my life, that god I didn’t discover steroids before as I’d be well dead by now.
Change my protocol on how I feel, mainly looking at recovery from exercise and always open to adding something for an extra kick.
Basically what I’m saying is if I give out medical advice, ignore it totally.
