Clen and DNP

Curious, say 20 - 25 years ago ran some Clen for 3 weeks or so a few time when cutting up. Used to joke about friends doing welding chemical (DNP). Seems like these are still the go 2. Not really in love with either.

My question meant to be - still true these are the 2 for last phase cutting?

DNP… no. It’s toxic as hell and not that widespread used. Some use clen but again it’s minor result with some pretty harsh risks to the ole ticker. Can you explain your goals more and what your current physique situation is?

I tried to put my profile pic up. I’m around 200 lbs, 6 foot tall, very lean. My diet is about as clean as it gets and enjoy doing a lot of light cardio. I did the whole cycle thing 20-25 years ago, went on TRT starting maybe 10 years ago (that was on and off because doctor would have me go off when my wife kept wanting to pop out more babies), consistent TRT for last 3-4 years, used to do cruise and some blasts, but now pretty much just cruise now that I’m mid 40s. I like to add low dose deca to my cruise for joints. My “blasts” now are hardly that, but will increase the deca and add prim for a few months once or twice a year. I keep things pretty conservative because I’m pretty much where I want to be and can stay close to baseline with this regime.

that said, getting that lower ab to pop is so damn hard…. Every once in a while I have a vacation or the like, where I want to really take that last bit off lower abs. It’s fun for me too. As you said, I just can’t bring myself to do Clen now (20 years ago, 20 years younger, was one thing). The DMT sounds worse. I haven’t really been up to date on all the newer stuff, like this explosion of HGH (though growing my organs in size concerns me). I have had some VAR sitting around forever, and I was thinking this might be the best option for me. Maybe add lose dose for 4 weeks before next trip.

FYI - read a lot of your posts. Great knowledge. And to all the young folks, you have know idea how much easier this space is than 25 years ago.

So I used clen a few times when younger but I’m your age as well and the heart stress isn’t worth it. DNP is literally poison. HGH is worth it if your levels are low but it’s expensive scripted and the UGL stuff is hit or miss. I take 1.5 iu per day as my levels are horrendous and it adds some fullness and recovery. Thats bout it and its costs me $2800 for 3 months of Omnitrope.

I’ve never used a GLP1 drug but @s.gentz may be able to expand on the effectiveness of micro dosing them. That’s prob a safer route. Also, if money is not a concern ab etching does wonders on an aging body. It’s a form of minimal lipo to define the ab area by using a cannula to sculpt the fat deposits between muscle.

Retatrutide at 1mg/wk would go a long way to help with appetite and get fat mobilized.
Clen is not great for cholesterol and DNP is just dangerous and not worth it at all.

Curious, do you take metafomin or berbrine as a side with the HGH. I have seen several opinions as to both. The metaformin is interesting to me, because while minimally, seems like could counteract possible increase BP from water retention of HGH and may other good effects. You seem to have researched everything like crazy so thought would ask you.

Honestly it’s been awhile since I looked into that and I remember conflicting info. I have familial stomach/gastric issues so metformin was out for me anyway.

Get a GLP-1. Biotech has evolved in 20 years. No need to risk clen or DNP (especially).
