Is it worth it? Most seem to say TRT is plenty to cut on, save the drugs for growing, and while I agree on this, I am bicuriois as I like drugs. Would a small/medium dose oral make any difference in speed/quality of results? Maybe something like winny or var?
I think Var is good for cutting and hardening up.
Kicker is I’m probably 15% BF. Too fat to notice anything I wonder?
I say no. Others may disagree. IMO, Var gives harder pumps and fat loss.
Clen would be the most effective for fat loss. Side effects can range from mild to sucking pretty bad. I’d say it’s the safest of the three, var and winny being the others.
It seems the half life is ~10hours. Is this one of those orals you need to break up am/Pm to get the benefits? The guy I’d be ordering from has 50mg tabs
Never really thought about Clen. Don’t know much about it or where to get it
Its commonly prescribed in Europe for asthma. It’s a stimulant. It can make you shake a lot. It has a long half life, so it can take a while to clear your system. You build a tolerance to it very fast though, so you will need to up the dose (from 40mcg) every week or two until you hit about 100mcg, then you cycle off. Rinse and repeat.
I see some of the peptide companies sell it… any chance this stuff is faked often?
Caffeine also works pretty well.
Yeah, it happens, but not that common with this one. Anavar is the one to watch out for
I’ve been on an anti caffeine kick lately ![]()
Synephrine and yohimbe as well if talking about over the counter options.
So you are considering clen, but caffeine is off limits? You might want to reconsider that one.
I remember Greg Doucette saying it’s not a cutting drug, it’s for building muscle, but I also see a lot of people saying they got visibly leaner (or at least maintained BF) while taking Anavar. It seems to dry you out while you build, like the opposite of Dianabol – just from the anecdotes I’ve read, not personal experience.
eca stack.

I agree with that. I wouldn’t say it burns fat, but var is a good addition to a cutting cycle for the strength and hardening effects it gives you.
It’s not from a medical standpoint really though. I got to where I was drinking 300-900mg of caffeine a day, then it would stop working yet still make for crappy sleep. I cut it out and switched to stim free preworkout a couple months ago and I feel slightly better, bank account isn’t sad about $12 a day habit, and my sleep might be a touch better.
I wouldn’t mind using it again briefly if it helped a cut, I just never thought about it like that because I’ve never noticed any ability to aid in fat loss, so it never crossed my mind.
Just now reading into this. Gonna continue reading
From what itty bitty information I’ve seen about this, it’s not the safest thing out there.
I recall Eric Helms saying there’s very shaky evidence that caffeine helps at all with fat loss. But I think it makes sense – it seemingly suppresses appetite and gives you more energy to move. That said, it definitely does negatively impact your sleep.
