after reading what CT had to say about oranges, I went out and bought some, also picked up a case of clementines. I like the clementines better and they are easier to peel. Nutritionally, are they the same?
Clementines usually taste a bit sweeter to me, they likely have a higher sugar/fiber ratio.

Well, considering clementines are smaller than a regular orange, they essentially similar, just in smaller quantities.

Gotta assume that there’s a lot of variation piece to piece and brand to brand (different growing methods, etc.) so they’re probably pretty interchangeable.
