I think it was circular.

OP was clueless and teaching people.
Dude got shit on.

@Cretin78 is clueless and teaching people.
Got shit on harder.

Seems like it stayed the course to me

I enjoyed this one more than most. OP only has two posts in this entire thread.

@Andrewgen_Receptors you think being shit on is going to shut me up?

This shows how ignorant you are reguarding me and this victim thing you keep pinning on me.

Celery, grapes, olives and heavy 1-reps will prevail!

That is more victim language. When will you ever stop acting like a victim and just lift weights? Quit being a cry baby.

@RT_Nomad i lift weights everyday, that’s my passion, I enjoy spreading the gospel of training.

What is victim about that?

I can inform you of facts though, A guy who’s barely 30 already in decent strength and lifting background is going to have better energy and recovery levels than someone older and already experienced poorer health, that’s just a fact. Then there is the mental issues with being older. That’s a fact too, and you RT know damn well that older minds CPU dont store recent events as well, this is in regards to learning newer skills in the job force at 45+, you can’t match the young mind that has already soaked up the computer world. It’s just a fact, does not mean I’m beat, just means it’s more of a challenge and that’s fine.

Unsolicited advice is seldom appreciated. Don’t get your feeling hurt when it is criticized. You have “victim” written on your head when you do so.

I feel as sharp mentally as I ever have.

@RT_Nomad Totally untrue, this is where you seem to be narrow minded, posting a thread or replying to a post about one’s lifting experience isn’t unsolicited advice, at least I don’t look at it that way. It’s called engagement, how boring it must be to all shut up listen to the “experts” and not experiment.

I usually for the most part have always looked up to your generation of toughness, but I see a lot of other issues about you guys that I don’t agree with.

BTW, Took me years to learn what WiFi and VPN is. These youngsters know this in their sleep. Are you a sharp computer wizard? I didn’t even understand the difference between a PC and a Mac at age 36.

Once you respond with hurt feeling intertwined throughout you look like a victim. It gets tiresome.

I have something called an open mind. I look at factors, when I see a Rich Piana just like when my wife saw “Mr. Hotshot” and says “why aren’t we living that dream yet” I say, “watch them fall, honey”-

Mr. Hotshots wife divorced him for scamming the credit, the dream only lasted a few years, they lost that house, Big Rich died young, but at least he was of status that no one really matched.

I knew another hotshot that kept it together much longer, but eventually his wife divorced him too cause he got too greedy and F-ed up of course his wife was totally “down” with the life while it was happening.

Just more victim stories for you.

When things look to good to be true they usually are.

I don’t think you understand what this means.

In that case I’m putting this on my Christmas list.

just kidding, celery is overrated

Honestly man, I dont know what you’re talking about half the time. Is rich piana Mr hotshot? What’s all this about computers? You and @Andrewgen_Receptors doing a 2026 Transformation competition?

Yeah, I was wondering where you’d go from here.

I’m still reverse dieting and will be for a while.
Bulking season afterwards.

I’m very in between noteworthy training phases at the moment

Where are the studies showing this?otherwise it’s a false claim. creatine does not cause baldness.
