This is why im asking if you think its enough, i try and try to up my calorie intake. i believe im somewhere up around 3500-4000 calories. i agree i could probably gained those 10lbs before. im gonna writing it out sticking to it, and fuck me if i dont. I agree with you guys.
Thanks you just kicked me in the ass. No gear for me till im over 200lbs lean. Ill keep you posted on progress. I’m gonna write something up in the next few hours. Do you guys have any guidance as to weights to meats, and fish, etc?
