We still have no idea how MUCH you are currently eating. You have to give us an amount, in term of calories. Even then it is going to be difficult for us to give accurate advice because we don’t know what your BMR is.
You should increase your calories and track the weigh gain that ensues. Keeping raising your caloric intake untill you start to gain too much fat. There really is an enormous amount of info on this site that has all the nutrition info you need
What exactly constitutes a piece of salmon or a piece of chicken in your diet. In mine a piece of chicken is about 12oz and a piece of salmon is about 8oz. I hope I don’t sound like an ass, but you’re not consuming the minimum (yet again in my opinion I consider 1g/lb of bodyweight a minimum) amount of protein for your weight. You have no business with gear with that diet.
I don’t mean to be harsh but thats my opinion. Call me anal retentive but I’ve gone as far as draft my daily diet for my upcoming cycle. In conclusion, I believe that you could of easily gained those measly 10lbs naturally the first time around if your diet was tuned in such a manner. My two centavos -GB
A daily diet consists of:
4 egg whites, rice, oatmeal, 1 pc. chicken-
brunch snack- bananas, bowl o’ oats-
Lunch- 4-5 pcs grilled chicken or steak, brown rice–
Dinner- steak or a piece of salmon or 2, some sweet potatoes or some pasta.
Holy crap, I eat this amount of food by noon everyday.

Don’t all Brits play chess at like noon or something every day while sipping tea and start making fun of Americans even though they’re really jealous or something like that?

come on now… a battle hardned, time tested well trained army.
one that at one time was taking over the world.
beaten into submission by slaves and farmers with pitchforks.
lmao!! you were hardly slaves and farmers at that time lad!
And we werent much more civalized then either - it was well after our empire. But…
Something you lot may agree on actually, the bigger you are the harder you fall - the States is getting a little too carried away waging its own form of discipline on any country that it wants.
I personally think that it will be America’s doing that starts the process for the next BIG war… the next time us normal lads will have to bare arms… a sad day indeed.
Unless your lad Obama gets in maybe… i like that one.

On a sidenote, can I come over to your house for some homecooking, Nich? A homegrown vegetable patch and sucking on a goat tit makes my mouth water.
so funny you say that.
when I was a baby I had a milk allergy.
doctor mentioned goats milk,it worked but was pretty exoensive so my grand mother bought a goat and my mom and her would take turns milking it for my milk.
