To get a v-taper like Ronaldo and Labeouf, you have to be willing to spend minutes in the gym. Sometimes even more than once a week.
It’s hard work, but if you follow your dreams, then I think you can achieve it.
That is ridiculous. I live in the real world and have a real job…unlike these prancing bodybuilders who don’t work and just lift and eat all day. Plus, Labeouf can afford a personal trainer and I can’t. Lost comes on around 8pm and my girlfriend hates it when I spend too many minutes away from her so this does not sound like a realistic plan to me.
Aren’t there some pills I can take? I heard if you triple the dose of Hydroxycut you get ripped and Labuff in no time.
Not to mention, you don’t want to have to fear the plethora of Maui Thai fighters just waiting to take you out if you get, you know, too big.

It sounds like you just don’t understand and are making excuses. The dedicated will make the time to spend those minutes in the gym and force themselves to eat less and less each day. Some even have the dedication to make themselves throw up the half an apple and sunflower seeds they just finished eating.
Those Hydroxycut pills are just a shortcut.
Do you have what it takes?
You guys are CRAZY. All you meatheads think about is spending minutes in the gym. I already eat less than any other guy in my school. I have the skinny jeans on right now to prove it and they grace my ass crack with eloquent precision. I just want abs like Labeouf yet you make this so complicated. Isn’t there some quick diet that will help me? The last thing I want is tons of muscles because I need to stay functional for my croquet lessons.

Bodybuilders are weak anyway. Two weeks of mma training and I could kick all of their asses.
Do you seriously think Laboef built that body with just hydroxycut?
He put in MINUTES of dedicated hard work, bulked 15-20 ounces over his present weight, moved from repping the pink dumbbells to repping the BLUE dumbbells for multiple sets in CIRCUIT fashion and timed his carrots, soy protein and water with precision.
Hydroxycut is just like nitrous oxide, a miniscule part of the equation. NOT a magic pill.

So I’ve been reading about the classic v-taper, so as the shoulders widen and the lats do, this makes the waist look smaller?
Cristiano Ronaldo, who plays for the famous Manchester United, has been taking his top off more than ever recently. And he has a v-taper to be proud of, but why are hsi back and shoulders pretty huge, well especially his back and he looks like he never works his chest.
Is this just to be vain and care about his waist?

Have you checked out the V-Diet thread? Yeah, you just drink protein shakes all day. You can’t get much easier than that. And have you seen that Shugart guy? He’s pretty ripped. I’m envious of the mounds of muscle he displays in his avatar too. He’s the true definition of “the relentless pursuit of muscle.”

He’s too bulky and way past Labuff. I bet he can’t even wipe his own ass.

I think Ronaldo looks weird and unbalanced most of the time he takes his top off. His muscle development is probably adequate for his sport, but is not something I think anyone after a good looking physique should aspire to. There are footballers (soccer players) out there with much better builds.
Besides which he is an arrogant petulant prick, who is always kicking out at people everytime he gets tackled a bit too roughly. He’s like a spoilt child.
I wouldn’t want his money/fame/girls if I had to act like that much of an a***hole in order to get it!

David James is certainly better built than Red Ron, but then he plays in goal and doesn’t need to do a lot of running about, and even then he’s not huge.
I attached a pic of him but here’s the link anyway:
But then, being buff is totally inappropriate for their sport. They might want to look a different way but if it’s going to hamper their athletic performance and thus their wages and status then it would be stupid to do so. Thus looking to football players for muscularity is pretty stupid considering being muscular is not a good thing for them.

Well, each to his own. I would, quite happily!

Lmao, not at all! I’m just being realistic. OK, I prefer being bigger built than he is and want to be even bigger still, but I certainly wouldn’t mind being 4 inches taller as well and, oh yeah, making tens of millions a year from wages at perhaps the best team currently on the planet and sponsorship deals from products companies would be queuing up to have me endorse as World Player of the Year. I’d quite happily be built like Peter Crouch if it meant having just the money, let alone the fame and adulation that comes with being in that position as well.

He can too wipe his own ass. He just has to use a beach towel like Kovacs.
I think you’re just cappin’ on him because he has what you’ll never achieve.
