Poor guy was trolled left and right after those videos dropped. I remember someone told him “too bad they don’t make walking lunge machines” and he lost it.
I might be mistaken but I recall pushharder being so angry at him. Why, I don’t know. Rogue just seemed like an eccentric guy, and harmless, from what I remember.
It’s pretty amazing how things change once we get something on tape. Coming from the martial arts world, I’ve seen that very story unfold many times we many so-called masters.
I remember hungry4more, he actually moderated some invite only forum on here called brothers of iron or something along that idea. I think he totaled 1500+ at around 200 lbs, so yeah super jacked and strong.
Csulli was mentioned by flipcollar above, apparently turned to yoga; which surprised me a little only because the last I remembered of him he pulled 600 lbs and said he was now “on”.
If you ever decide to make a trip to the facility on your own, let me know. I’m pretty flexible with travel, I’d be up for meeting you there! I’ve never been, and I’d love to make a trip this year.
Where are they located? Tried searching for it on google but came up with a bunch of misses.
I think it’s in Colorado or something, but not sure. Will have to drop a pin on it and see if anything lines up - would love to take you up on the offer.
I think his original username was Synergy. He was this huge white dude who played with the NFL for a bit and claimed to have power cleaned 505. He did some videos with Thibaudeau and was every bit the explosive athlete his posts made him out to be. Utterly ridiculous athlete.
@Scott_M had some awesome posts like 10 - 15 years ago. He was a DC guy and moved to Intensemuscle. He, like many of IntenseMuscle’s members, had utterly ridiculous strength standards that I love just because of their absurdity.
You probably won’t find guys with small(as long as their genetics don’t suck) shoulders who are overhead pressing 365x10 or using the 140 lb dumbbells for 10-15
Chris Bumstead can’t do that haha. Reminds me of an IntenseMuscle post where it says the answer to how to get a huge upper back is to rack pull 600 x 20 and 700 x 10. I mean, they’re not wrong
