Am I missing something or maybe I’m just ignorant, but what is the difference between CLA and fish oil capsules? Or is there a difference?
They’re completely different oils chemically
(having “double bonds” in different positions.)
Sort of like the difference between Vitamin C and Vitamin E: just consider them two different things.
EFA’s, DHA and EPA are much more significant.
CLA may have some benefit, but not a great deal, in terms of fat loss.
