Anyone care to share carb up advice? So far, everything I’ve read contradicts everything else I’ve read, especially in regard to replenishing liver glycogen. The way I see it, as long as I avoid fructose, muscle glycogen will be replenished first, but unless I can somehow calculate the exact amount of glycogen I need to replenish, my liver is going to replenish itself as soon as my muscle glycogen stores are full. Am I just not seeing something here? Thanks.
I would avoid fructose.
