Ya… I love javastim too! The sinewplex took about a week for the pain to fully go away… Continued taking it for a month and the pain hasn’t come back as long as I take care of my grip strength. Basically the sinewplex just allows the injury to heal it self… Poliquin has a pretty good article on how it works
does anyone have problems with pain in their flexors and biceps after a lot of grip and pulling work? it feels like there is a tug of war going on with my UCL and its quite bothersome. Ive had to cut out almost all thick rope work and direct bicep exercises. Thanks.
