In a newsletter you mentioned you were adding some chapters for the print version…what happend to this?? did they just get added to the ebook over at CF site??
anybody know about this??

The ebook at CF hasn’t been updated. I already asked the other day. CT said it’s available in PDF format (ebook) but failed to say where to get them.
