I was wondering what would be good rest periods for the different days of the different blocks in the sample athletic plan

(mini hijack - stick to the single column format! much easier t read than before!)

Yeah, I like the single format version much better as well.
On another note CT, I love the updated version of your new book and I just purchased a set of Weight Releasers to play with.
I am looking forward to playing with them next week!

CT has an updated version of his newest book (you can buy it off his newsletter or at Charlie Fracncis’s site).
He came out with a first edition and then recently added a few more chapters and some great info.
CT is practically giving away a ton of great info for the price of the book.

CT are there still plans for a paper back version? If there is I’ll be first in line.
I recently got the Theory and Application book and it’s awesome.
I also like the single column format for the newsletter.
