Yeahh i do 2-4 Warm up Sets at the beginning.
1st Set is the et where i find the right weight
2nd Set is the Main Set
3rd Set Backup Set
4rd Set is where i lower the weight, and focus on controll the flex
I did 2 shows regional and national.

Today is my Last Show, NABBA European Championship.
My Stage weight would be 213 Pounds (96,5kg), that means i gained 13-14 Pounds (6,5 kg) since November 2020.
Its amazing to See that Progress.
I live Like a Monk during the Corona Phase, only Train Eat and Sleep, norhing else.
Think the Key of success is consitesty and concentrat all your Energy on one Thing. No distractions, Eat all my meals, never miss a Training, and stay at Home if my Body tells me, He needs Recovery.
Currently my weight scales inbetween 101- 102 KG, whats 5-6 KG above competition weight.
Suprisingly i feel realy recoverd and healthy.
In my rebound phase, im bumping up my Calorie intake, to 4500-7000 kcal, high Protein, high Carbs and low Fat.
Most of the people dont recomend this style of rebound, but for me it works fine.
I was never the guy, who have trouble to loose weight (i ate 15 weeks out, constant 3000 kcal to get in Shape for Show), but struggel with weight gain in the later phases of my Offseason.
Goal is to get my Set point on a higher Level, eating this much food (95% Clean Food).
This phase will take time until new year, then i will scale down my kcal levels and training a little bit down, to regenerate for the Offseason (starts march or april).
I’m surprised, many people who are already at their genetic limit (or perhaps above genetic limit, in your case) stay in a very mild surplus to gain muscle without having to cut much. What is your diet plan?
