First time on the app looked at forums couldn’t find one really I was looking for so I’m here and would like some ideas I previously stacked Sustanon 250 12wk Anavar 8wk yes already have my pct and next cycle in I have EQ Anavar Arimidex & Test E but thinking cutting Anavar out and swapping to winstrol i clicked away on the web couldn’t really get the answers to the question I’d say I’m intermediate on exogenous end goal every cycle I do I try to get as little water retention as possible your gains stay once you pct correctly probably on the wrong thread here sorry any help or pointed to the right place involving this question would be appreciated thank yall.![quote=“chriscross555, post:6, topic:270642, full:true”]

Yeahh i do 2-4 Warm up Sets at the beginning.
1st Set is the et where i find the right weight
2nd Set is the Main Set
3rd Set Backup Set
4rd Set is where i lower the weight, and focus on controll the flex

I did 2 shows regional and national.
Im glad that i won both, inclusive the Overall

Today is my Last Show, NABBA European Championship.

My Stage weight would be 213 Pounds (96,5kg), that means i gained 13-14 Pounds (6,5 kg) since November 2020.

Its amazing to See that Progress.

I live Like a Monk during the Corona Phase, only Train Eat and Sleep, norhing else.

Think the Key of success is consitesty and concentrat all your Energy on one Thing. No distractions, Eat all my meals, never miss a Training, and stay at Home if my Body tells me, He needs Recovery.

Just simple Things, that Changes everything.

Cross the Fingers for my. I will do my best.

Jeez, dude. What a run! Just smashing everything you run into. Awesome to see all the hard work pay off.

Yeah absolut incredible, still cant belive it.

Im Always that Type of Bodybuilder, whos a realy Bit unsecure If im hard or big enogh.

Now i Set some nee Goals, to get in Touch to the other Pros in my Devision.

But this will Take some Time.

Time to regenerate, and then Time to get a good Offseason and gain another 5-6 kg Lean Muscle tissue.

I will Show U my improvements here, frequently updated.

So 2 Weeks Post Show, i will give u an update.

Currently my weight scales inbetween 101- 102 KG, whats 5-6 KG above competition weight.
Suprisingly i feel realy recoverd and healthy.

In my rebound phase, im bumping up my Calorie intake, to 4500-7000 kcal, high Protein, high Carbs and low Fat.

Most of the people dont recomend this style of rebound, but for me it works fine.

I was never the guy, who have trouble to loose weight (i ate 15 weeks out, constant 3000 kcal to get in Shape for Show), but struggel with weight gain in the later phases of my Offseason.

Goal is to get my Set point on a higher Level, eating this much food (95% Clean Food).

This phase will take time until new year, then i will scale down my kcal levels and training a little bit down, to regenerate for the Offseason (starts march or april).

You will bulk for the next year I take it?

I’m surprised, many people who are already at their genetic limit (or perhaps above genetic limit, in your case) stay in a very mild surplus to gain muscle without having to cut much. What is your diet plan?

Ure right, for 98 % i dont recomend this Style of agressive Bulking.

For me as a hard Ekto (i came in Competition Shape, with arround 3000-3500 kcal Daily), the hardest Part ist to reach a new Set Point.

Today a ate 7500 kcal with 1200 g Carbs. Whats fine for me, now its time to get the Post Competition Gains.

Later in the Off i struggel really hard with my apetite, then its hard, and i Fight for every 100 g what i gain.

Sure nothing what i do with my clients, but its the way, i choose to get on another Level.

40 g Cluster Intra Workout.

Rest of it with Rice or Rice Meal

6 Meals

Every Meal

40-60 g Protein
200-400 g Rice
5-10 g Fats

Massive respect, that’s not easy getting that down!

Your fat intake is very low, can I ask why?

Thats Sound a little bit wired, but im starving Most of the Time. Thats why i Eat 200-300 g Veggis at all of my meals.

This 7500 Day, is only once a Week on my Chest Day.
Normaly i Eat between 600-900 g Carbs

Yeah that has a reason. Its the only Day i keep it that Low. Lets say im a Fan of Milos Sarcev Methods to Develop lacking Body parts.
