How did you go from 5’10 to 5’8 in height?

Oh now i See, that was my fault. Im a metric european Guy, and Google whats 177 cm in Feet ist. Thats 5,8 Feet. But the second Number of your system is Inches XD. Of Course im 5 Feet and 10 inches.

I said this a while back in the confessions thread and got a bit of heat for it.

Sure I get that the forums are social. BUT @chriscross555 has done something amazing. And it get very little attention. Kinda like a few guys on here.

Just looking back at your picture from December 2020, and your legs this time look MUCH more developed. Do you think that are bigger or just more defined? And how did you do it? Was there a change in your training that you can say “That is what improved my legs”?

Looking fuckin amazing, development and conditioning. Would LOVE to know your routine and diet.

I really dont know, are they bigger or more defined. But yes I changed my Training a little bit.

In my early years i trained as heavy i can 6-12 Reps.
In the last 2 Years my first excercise was a Leg Press pyramid cluster set.

Starting 3 warm up Sets, (10reps,20reps,30reps)
Increase every set my trainings weight.

Than i have a 40 reps Cluster Set, as heavy as possible, intensity insane, and after this Set, i increase the weight again, and go for 30 reps cluster. In one Set i really reach 4-6 muscle failure, then i extend my Legs, breath for 10 sec, and go aigain.

After this 2 Sets, i cant walk, speak or think anymore.

There are 3 or 4 more excercises, i do in this training. But they are not always the same.

Recovery is also key, sometimes i only train every 2 weeks Legs, and thats enough.

Its all about the Intensetiy und and how far can u go, to max this 2 sets.

It might just be the angle or the lighting. But they look “better”.

40 rep cluster set sounds like hell. To do a 30 rep set after is just plain old nasty. I like it.

Yeah I find intensity over volume works for me. I see lots of guys doing set after set after set and, it is not for me.

    (Sometimes 30 g Rice Meal)

360 Protein
160-190 Carbs
70 g Fat
