He’s clearly not anti-bodybuilding and saying everyone over 200 is fat. Just look at the articles he wrote in 2001 with Ian King, or are you guys going to say that King is anti-bodybuilding as well?
Oops forgot the link:
I know you fatties are too lazy to actually look up the old articles! (KIDDING!)[/quote]
LOL. I like you.
Maybe he had one of those epiphany things like Ebenezer Scrooge involving the Ghost of Dumbbells Past and changed his motivation.

well… but see those are old articles. Have you seen him write anything more current that is a little more pro-BBing?
putting on mass is not a bad thing.
being big and strong is not a bad thing.

Dude, I was thinking the same thing.

It’s easy to tune you out, because since you weigh over 200 pounds you are:
- A steroid user
- A fat guy
Thus, thoroughly unqualified.
Not sure if that was entirely fair after all, before Chris was the “fat loss” guy he was the one writing steroid articles.
For example:

His ass kissing of Anthony Roberts was when a certain author jumped the shark tank. Anyone who knows the difference between testosterone and horse piss knows Roberts has never been, nor will he ever be, the “Next Dan Duchaine”.

Hey I never said I agreed with everything he ever wrote. On a side note good to see you posting again.
I respect the guy, but I was kind of lost on the 2:1:7:1:3 entry or whatever it was. It kind of read as “I judge everyone at the gym.”
I would love to see this picture of this body he has built. As people say proof is in the pudding. I think he should prove to everyone that he is the prime example of a fat boy that got lean and buff. He should post some pics. Thib has posted some. I think it would give him more credit as a BB and diet guru.
Personally I could care less about what he puts in his blogs. I don’t have to agree with everything he writes. Specially since hard gainers are boring to watch transform there bodies. nudge
I do like the variety of his blogs.
I liked the photo blog.
I also like when he writes about just doing what you know you need to do to get what you want. It’s a shame that needs to be repeated so often.

What if I manage to get over 300 pounds? What then?
I think I might just actually be deceased, at that point.

If you would just go ahead and PM me pictures already, I’ll let you know “what then”!
