Hey CT,
I had knee surgery last spring on my meniscus. It went well, but the post-op report said that i have a little bit of chondromalacia. I did some research on the subject and it seems that it can be caused by patella movement due to internal quadriceps weakness. Do you know anything about the subject? and could you suggest ways to improve the condition through resistance training, stretching, etc…? thanks a lot.
CT doesn’t do injuries.
Look it up on youtube, etc. Post some links and I’ll review them for accuracy - as long as they are short ![]()
