You still on track?
How is it going? Update?
Up to 209…I’ve kept the diet the same. Ill never train again without a preworkout shake, Intra carbs, and post workout white rice and lean meat. When i really think about it, ive learned so much just from the diet side of things from this whole thing! Training is the same except I don’t do sldl on the 2nd pull day!

You’re proud of the fact that you’re a quitter? That doesn’t seem like something I’d brag about.

Even if it is over, I’ve learned a crazy amount in just the small amount of time and I wanna say thanks to zraw. I’m positive he has a job, wifey/family, his own training, diet and regular life problems and the last thing he more than likely wants to do is check in with me. Ill be posting updates for anyone who wants to chime in!
Keep hammering away at it Chobbs, you’ve got a great attitude mate.
I’ll post pics whenever I find my damn Mac charger

Appreciate it fellas!
Just wanted to stop by and commend you on how you’ve been handing this situation. I don’t think I once saw you complain or bitch about Zraw’s absence (no diss to him).
Great to see you were still able to learn a lot from it and with your attitude im sure you’ll still be able to find success in weightlifting.
I’ve also learnt a lot from this even if it has run dry a bit. I still think you should keep posting pics/updates Chobbs! Would be awsome if you kept this up for years to see the change

First of all, no one gets big and lean in a short span of 3 months unless he is very gifted genetically.
Second, his coach gave him a good program and has just given a good assessment of his progress. This should be enough for a trainee to continue making progress unless hes the type of person looking to be spoon fed or seeking some magical program. From the post made by jtown, it seems he was expecting the latter.

Dude you’re a little off. Jtown was originally chosen to be the guy Zraw trained. He backed out because he didn’t have the time or some other crap.
I’m not bagging on the kid, he said he had other commitments (Lax I think), but being proud of being a quitter is not how you should go through life.
Chobbs is doing awesome!

I agree Chobbs is doing awesome. ![]()
However, from what the kid posted, he either thinks Chobbs is really slacking, or Zraw doesnt have what it takes to make someone “big and lean”, hence hes “so happy he dropped out”. Im wondering what he was expecting when he was chosen.

I think he thinks Zraw is slacking and doesn’t have what it takes to make Chobbs, “bing and lean.” I think both are absurd.

I know for a fact i will regret this and trust me i am not giving this up just because i am afraid of gaining mass. I literally don’t even have the time to eat all the meals zraw had planned let alone train consistently. My lax schedule changes every week and i know i can’t be consistent. Again i really am very sorry.[/quote]

Don’t compute…
Like I said, not only did he quit, but now he’s proud that he’s a quitter. I think that’s a bad attitude to have in life.

I wouldn’t sweat about it, he just seems like a dumb kid.
He was saying in his log how he thinks pull days are a waste of time in a push/pull/legs split lol.

100% agree. I was certainly a stupid kid from time to time. Just trying to help really.
